Spring Pet Memorial Celebration
When: Friday, March 25th, from 6-8:30pm
Where: Sequoyah Room, UT College of Veterinary Medicine
What: We will be making mixed media collages and we invite those who attend to bring copies of pictures of their beloved animals for this craft project. We will be providing a small meal by Tomato Head (a vegetarian option will be available). Individuals must RSVP by Tuesday, March 22nd, 2011 to Sarina Lyall at slyall@utk.edu or 865.755.8839.

Pet Loss Memorial Day
Veterinary Social Work participates in a nationally recognized Pet Memorial Day, which is held annually on the second Sunday of September. Members of the community are invited to gather to remember beloved pets and participate in creative and therapeutic activities to facilitate healing and acknowledgement of the relationship and its loss.
